How to Build and Submit a Winning Voice AI Solution

The competition operates in two distinct stages. Stage 1 requires startups to submit a structured application using the official ElevenLabs Idea Canvas, a five-page template that serves as the complete application. This canvas includes fourteen scored sections covering the problem being solved, customer and institutional need, voice agent workflow, technical architecture, ElevenLabs components, integration strategy, compliance and guardrails, success metrics, team capability, and proof of previous development.

• Stage 1 Submission (by September 23, 2026): Download the official ElevenLabs Idea Canvas, select one use case from either challenge track, complete every section within specified word limits, and submit the completed canvas before the deadline. Late submissions and alternative formats such as pitch decks, PDFs, or videos will not be accepted
