Despite these headwinds, Bernstein analysts recommend buying the stock and have set a price target of $239, suggesting they believe the current price represents a buying opportunity for long-term investors. Ben Harwood, an analyst at New Street Research, echoed this sentiment, stating that the downturn has presented an attractive entry point for patient investors.
How Is SpaceX Generating Revenue From Its AI Infrastructure?
One of the most significant recent developments for SpaceX has been its pivot toward leasing excess computing capacity at its data centers to generate immediate revenue while continuing to develop its own artificial intelligence models and services. This strategy addresses a critical challenge: SpaceX needs to build massive amounts of computing infrastructure for its AI ambitions, but the company also needs cash flow to fund that buildout.
Just days before its record IPO, SpaceX inked a deal with Google that will bring in $920 million per month by providing AI computing capacity to the search giant.
