The shift toward voice-first interaction represents a significant change in how employees expect to work with technology. This expectation will only grow as younger generations make up a larger share of the workforce.

This growth reflects not just technological maturity, but a fundamental shift in how people expect to interact with intelligent systems.

It is becoming an expectation among the next generation of knowledge workers.
