The engineering data SpaceX will contribute excludes material restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which controls the export of technical information related to defense and space hardware. However, the data available for training includes manufacturing knowledge, materials science insights, and Starlink hardware design information accumulated since SpaceX's founding in 2002.
