Under this initiative, India and the United States are working to connect their respective innovation ecosystems and advance collaboration in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, semiconductors, space, telecommunications, and biotechnology.

What emerges from Nadella's message is a vision of AI development that is neither purely nationalist nor entirely globalist, but rather a hybrid model where countries maintain sovereignty over their knowledge while participating in a worldwide ecosystem of innovation and contribution.
